Hajin at a glance

Hajin is the open combat environment for Modern Warfare 4 DMZ, with rural terrain, industrial facilities and dense city districts. Hostile forces and rival player Operators can change the situation while you explore.

The regional table below describes the publisher’s expected threat before combat starts. It does not mark live enemies, exact doors or guaranteed loot spawns.

Announced regions and expected threats

Use the district and sub-area together: neighboring places can have different published threat levels. These entries summarize the official Hajin tour, checked October 19.

Read a grid, then use a landmark

The Tac-Map grid uses letters west to east and numbers north to south. The official example places Imjin Farmland in D7. A square identifies an area; a landmark and a ping narrow the actual destination.

Check objective markers, compounds, service buildings and radiation together. For the difference between an Order marker and the other objective systems, use the mission-type reference.

Read a key description before searching

The publisher says keys include a grid location in their description. Read both the key’s name and its destination. Where the key is found and where it is used are separate questions.

A grid does not establish a doorway, floor or tunnel entrance. The official environment guide includes underground areas and alternate access to doors locked from the inside, but that does not prove every locked room has a free entrance. Exact key-door routes are not yet verified on this site.

Recognize useful buildings and hazards

Police stations can contain military gear and a locked Armory. Clinics are potential sources of medical loot. Ammo and Armor Caches offer resupply, then enter a cooldown after use. These are general building functions rather than guarantees for every container.

For a specific crafting ingredient, the 3D Printer can recommend general search areas. Start from its hint rather than assuming a district always contains the item.

Threat can rise after arrival

Your HUD shows local threat beneath the compass. Combat can draw stronger reinforcements; breaking contact and taking cover can reduce that pressure. A published Low rating does not make a location safe throughout the deployment.

The Haneul reactor area has a specific radiation warning and requires appropriate protection. Keep an eye on the storm timer and recheck your current exit as conditions change.

FAQ

MW4 DMZ Hajin: Regions, Navigation & Threats FAQ

Is this a complete interactive Hajin map?

No. This is an official-source regional and navigation reference. It does not show live positions, verified key-door coordinates or a complete loot database.

Are the regional threat levels fixed during a run?

No. The published ratings describe expected danger before combat. The official guide explains that local pressure can escalate as you engage enemies.

Does the grid in a key description identify its exact door?

It narrows the search area. The actual entrance, floor and access route still need to be established for that key.
