Triangulation lists two radio-tower placements and one placement on La Grande Vie. Frame reviewed at 0:00 in Kasum Adventurer’s October 20 MW4 DMZ guide; game footage © Activision.
Triangulation is a DMZ Order in the Underground chapter. The reviewed Early Access footage shows it on DMZ Orders Page 2, with two separate requirements: place a transmitter on top of two Radio Towers, and place a transmitter on top of La Grande Vie in Songdo Wharf.
The two Radio Towers are a counted objective: check the counter after each placement. La Grande Vie is a named building with its own objective, so completing the two towers does not finish the entire Order.

| Objective | What to check |
|---|---|
| Two Radio Towers | Place at two different towers and confirm the counter reaches 2/2. |
| La Grande Vie, Songdo Wharf | Complete the separate placement on top of the named building. |
Open Orders and confirm that the Underground chapter shows Triangulation. Pin the tower objective so its counter stays visible while you travel. A similarly named tower interaction in another chapter can serve a different purpose.
Use the current deployment’s Tac-Map to select a Radio Tower. Game8’s launch guide describes active Radio Towers as Lieutenant-hunt locations; its tower list is a reference, while your current map and task prompt determine the useful destination. The reviewed video uses a tower in the South Korean Border Zone and another on South Island, rather than demonstrating one mandatory pair.
Climb the tower ladders to the upper platform. Look around the mast for the interaction labelled “PLACE RADIO TRANSMITTER.” In the reviewed footage it appears against a vertical pole at the top, beside the platform railing.
Use that placement interaction, then check the Triangulation counter before leaving. Reaching the platform, looting the bag or interacting with a separate intel terminal is not evidence that the transmitter objective has counted.

The placement interaction at 1:05: the pinned Triangulation counter is 1/2 before the second placement. Frame from Kasum Adventurer’s guide; game footage © Activision.
Travel to a different Radio Tower, climb to its upper platform and repeat the placement interaction. Use the pinned counter to distinguish the first credit from the second; the video shows 1/2 at the second tower before placing.
Plan the next move after the counter reaches 2/2. The route in the video is an example from one deployment, not a verified shortest route or a promise that the same towers will be suitable in every match.
The remaining Triangulation requirement names La Grande Vie in Songdo Wharf. Travel to that building and reach its top, then look for the transmitter placement interaction for this specific objective. Another ordinary Radio Tower does not replace the named-building step.
The reviewed video shows the street approach at 1:15 and an interior elevator route at 1:30 before reaching the rooftop area. Game8 independently identifies the top of La Grande Vie as the final placement. Follow the current building marker and objective text if your approach differs, and confirm the separate checkbox after placing.
First check the active objective and the object you are looking at. A Radio Tower can also provide a Lieutenant-hunt Side Op, and its intel download is a different interaction from transmitter placement.
These checks help identify a mismatch; the reviewed material does not establish a universal fix for a bugged interaction or skipped objective credit.

| What you see | What to check |
|---|---|
| No Triangulation counter | Confirm your current Underground chapter and pin the correct Order. |
| At a tower, but no placement prompt | Reach the upper platform and look at the mast/pole around it; compare the placement screenshot. |
| Download Intel to Locate Lieutenant | That is the separate Lieutenant-hunt interaction. Look for Place Radio Transmitter. |
| The tower counter is complete, but the Order is not | Check the separate La Grande Vie requirement in Songdo Wharf. |
| You interacted, but credit did not change | Reopen the objective and check its current counter. An unchanging counter is not a confirmed completion. |
Reviewed October 21, 2026, using Game8’s current MW4 DMZ article and Kasum Adventurer’s October 20 Early Access footage. Directly inspected frames include the Orders list at 0:00, a tower climb at 0:24, the second-tower placement prompt at 1:05, the La Grande Vie approach at 1:15 and its elevator route at 1:30. The images reproduce two relevant gameplay frames with attribution.
This is a source-based walkthrough, not a first-hand playtest. The published guide does not establish a separate transmitter loot spawn, a fixed tower route, squad-wide credit, an extraction requirement or a particular reward. Check the live Order’s completion state before treating the run as finished.

The reviewed footage shows a Place Radio Transmitter interaction at the objective locations. It does not establish a separate transmitter loot spawn or an item-farming route; check that your Triangulation Order is active before searching for one.
