Call of Duty’s official October 9 guide says DMZ Early Access starts October 20, 2026. It distinguishes this from Campaign Early Access, which starts October 16, and the game’s October 23 launch.
This page was checked October 19, before the announced DMZ opening. It does not claim the service is already live or assign an unverified universal unlock hour.
The official announcement applies to digital pre-orders or pre-purchases of the Standard Digital Edition or Vault Edition. Read the entitlement on the storefront and account you intend to use.
Do not extend that wording to every physical edition, subscription or third-party offer. If an offer does not explicitly include the benefit, confirm it with the seller or Activision support before relying on it.
The October 9 announcement names Xbox Series X|S, Xbox on PC, PlayStation 5, Battle.net, Steam and Nintendo Switch 2. Availability and start dates remain subject to change according to the official caveat.
Use the platform selector on the official game page to reach the applicable store. A listing on one storefront does not by itself establish cross-store ownership or access on a different account.
Both qualifying Standard Digital and Vault editions are included in the announced Early Access benefit. Vault includes additional content and the FOB guide describes an extra starting Active Duty slot.
You do not need to infer that the higher edition is required solely for DMZ Early Access. Compare the current storefront inclusions and price based on the extras you actually want.
Confirm the correct account, storefront entitlement and installed game content. Check official support for platform-specific installation or security requirements. The official game page notes TPM 2.0 and Secure Boot requirements for PC.
Avoid changing accounts or buying another copy solely because an unofficial countdown differs from your platform. Check current official messaging first.
The publisher warns that play time can be affected by outages and time-zone differences, and that platform availability and dates can change. Refresh the official announcement near the opening.
This is an independent fan information page. Purchases, account entitlements and technical support are handled by the official storefronts and Activision, not by this site.
